Job description
Packaged Group Ltd, a leading innovator within the Waste, Resource, Recycling and Energy Management sector, is looking for a Resource Manager to join its rapidly expanding Packaged Waste Services operation.
The Role
An ideal full time, career opportunity for a bright talented contract manager in waste and recycling, experienced within the waste, recycling and resource industry.
Site based with some home working, responsible for managing operations and commercials within a growing portfolio of Packaged Waste Solutions contracts delivering to monthly / annual service and financial targets.
This will involve coordinating on site services, implementing recycling initiatives & innovation, consulting the client towards legislative compliance, setting the highest standards of H&S on a day to day basis, and adding demonstrable value to the contract, diverting waste from landfill and long-term cost reduction solutions.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a successful track record and proven experience in the waste management / recycling industry of at least five years and ideally, have an understanding of food/manufacturing operations.
Reporting into Group Operations and Resource Manager supporting client development and brand enhancement, you will need to possess the necessary ambition, motivation, communication skills and professionalism to delight our customers and deliver to targets.
The Package
The basic salary on offer for this role will be between £30,000 and £35,000 commensurate with experience plus car, phone allowance, health care, pension, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and performance bonus.
